Mission — Define what you intend to do, who you want to serve, and how your work moves that bigger vision forward.
Positioning — Shape language that helps the right woman understand what you do, who it is for, and where you fit.
Together, these three pieces begin forming the foundation for the messaging you’ll use to talk about your work, shape your offer, and market what you create.
You’re creating strong working drafts: something real you can build on as the rest begins to take shape.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of our 90 minutes together, you’ll have working drafts of your vision, mission, and positioning statement. They won’t be carved in stone. They’ll give you something concrete to work from as what you’re building continues to take shape.
You’ll also understand how those three pieces work together to form the beginning of your messaging foundation, giving you stronger language for talking about your work, developing your offer, and eventually marketing it.

Coach Delisa is known as the WiseFire Voice because she believes a woman’s lived wisdom is where the fire for her calling begins. For Christian women in midlife, the desire to make a difference often grows stronger long before they know exactly what they are meant to build or how to explain it.
Coach Delisa knows that experience personally. After years of learning, investing, trying, and rethinking, she discovered that some of the strongest work we build begins with what God has already been building in us.
That is why she created Vision to Voice: to teach Christian women in midlife how to put words around what is growing inside them through their vision, mission, and positioning statement. These are not business-plan boxes to check. They are words you return to every day to reconnect with the calling in your heart and strengthen your conviction.
